Hello, I’m Caitlin.

My interest in photography began in the forest during a trip to Hocking Hills, Ohio when I was twelve years old.

I was awestruck by rays of sunlight piercing the tree canopy and illuminating sheets of rock below. I used my mom’s camera to capture the moment and was pleased with the result.

Later that year, I entered my photo in the local county fair’s photography competition and surprised myself by winning a blue ‘best of show’ ribbon.

It wasn’t until after college that I purchased my own camera and was able to further develop my passion for photography that had started a decade prior.

Observing and preserving the ordinary, beautiful, moments of life is my creative outlet that connects me to my environment and helps me focus on the present moment.

in 2021, I began offering a photography service called “Property Portraits” click here to learn more!
